Passionate About Inspiring Others
IMG_5026.jpg

My passion is to work with executives, high potential employees and teams to help them gain self-awareness, clarify their personal and professional goals, achieve their development objectives and unlock their potential.

I have developed leadership and coaching skills, while leading multicultural teams in international institutions such as JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, ING and Coutts in Singapore, London, New York and Zurich. I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and a Fulbright Scholar with a Masters Degree in international economics and finance from Brandeis University, Boston.

Through individual coaching I have inspired and supported managers, senior executives and leaders from organisations such as; SAP, Sika, Credit Suisse, LIDL and have trained individuals and teams from companies such as; Citibank, EBRD, PwC, Raiffeisen. I am currently working on a regular basis with senior leaders from more than 20 countries focusing on leadership and personal development.

When coaching, I refrain from giving advice or solving my client’s problems. Instead I ask provoking questions, challenge assumptions, help to provide clarity and resources. My aim is to improve my clients’ performance and enhance their quality of life, by constantly inspiring and motivating them.

Working together

The first session is in the form of a personal interview, where the client defines where they stand at the moment and what they want to achieve, set priorities, the desired result and set the coaching agreement.

Coaching mostly takes place on the phone in 60 minutes sessions. Usually clients like to have one session per week to kick start their development and then fewer and fewer as they reach their goal. Some clients prefer to have 10 sessions within 3 to 6 months and stop when they have reached their goal, while others like to continue with sessions on demand.

Clients may be asked to undertake specific actions, that support the goals that are identified and prioritized by themselves.
