“My mission is to encourage and support successful leaders to live a fulfilled, healthy, energetic and meaningful life.”
Passionate About Inspiring Others
My passion is to work with executives, high potential employees and teams to help them gain self-awareness, clarify their personal and professional goals, achieve their development objectives and unlock their potential.
I have developed leadership and coaching skills, while leading multicultural teams in international institutions such as JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Coutts. Through individual coaching I have inspired and supported managers, senior executives and leaders from organizations such as; SAP, Sika, Credit Suisse and have trained individuals and teams from companies such as; Citibank, EBRD, PwC, Raiffeisen. I am currently working on a regular basis with more than 20 leaders from 5 continents.
When coaching, I refrain from giving advice or solving my client’s problems. Instead I ask provoking questions, challenge assumptions, help to provide clarity and resources. My aim is to improve my clients’ performance and enhance their quality of life, by constantly inspiring and motivating them.
- ACC Associate Certified Coach by ICF
- 130 Hour ICF (International Coach Federation) Solution Focused Coach Training
- The PULSE of Coaching Group Mentoring Program on Core Coaching Competencies
- SHL Personality & Ability Assessment
The first session is in the form of a personal interview, where the client defines where they stand at the moment and what they want to achieve, set priorities, the desired result and set the coaching agreement.
Coaching mostly takes place on the phone in 60 minutes sessions. Usually clients like to have one session per week to kick start their development and then fewer and fewer as they reach their goal. Some clients prefer to have 10 sessions within 3 to 6 months and stop when they have reached their goal, while others like to continue with sessions on demand.
Clients may be asked to undertake specific actions, that support the goals that are identified and prioritized by themselves.
