Passionate About Inspiring Others
My passion is to work with executives, senior leaders, high-potential talent and teams — helping them gain self-awareness, clarify their personal and professional goals, achieve their development objectives and unlock their potential. I work on a regular basis with leaders from more than 50 countries across five continents.
Before coaching full-time, I spent more than 30 years in global financial services, leading multicultural teams at JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, ING and Coutts across Singapore, London, New York and Zurich. I am a graduate of the London School of Economics and a Fulbright Scholar with a Master's degree in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University, Boston. That background means I understand first-hand the pressure of delivering results through change — and my coaching reaches far beyond finance, into manufacturing, specialty chemicals, technology, consumer goods and professional services.
Through individual coaching I have inspired and supported managers and senior executives from organisations such as SAP, Sika, Plastchim-T, Johnson & Johnson, Zurich Insurance Company, Credit Suisse, Kinstellar and LIDL, and have trained individuals and teams from Citibank, EBRD, PwC and Raiffeisen.
When coaching, I refrain from giving advice or solving my client's problems. Instead I ask provoking questions, challenge assumptions and help provide clarity and resources. My aim is to improve my clients' performance and enhance their quality of life, by constantly inspiring and motivating them.
