ABOUT ME
I help executives, senior leaders and high-potential talent gain self-awareness, sharpen their goals and unlock their full potential. I work with leaders from more than 50 countries across five continents.
My style is open and direct: I combine genuine empathy with constructive challenge, drawing on more than 30 years leading multicultural teams in global organisations before becoming a full-time executive coach.
